Returns & Exchanges
Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 60 days for an exchange or prompt refund.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
Please wear underwear when first trying-on our products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
Bras & Underwear
For hygienic reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of any opened or used bras and underwear.
Please wear your own underwear when first trying-on your new items.
We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.
We offer a free exchange service if you want to exchange other color/style/size. This offer is for the Contiguous United States only.
We’re sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.
Exchanges will be provided with a free return label but customers will be responsible for new shipping costs after the first free exchange.

How to request a return
When returning any part of your order, please make sure no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Inform us with your Order Id (e.g. #1234 ), items’ photos (with tag and package bag) and the detailed return reason.
Due to the high volume of emails, please allow 1-3 business days for our support team to reply.

If your item is damaged, simply exchange or return within 60 days, please feel free to contact us for a return label.

Return label is available for the US ONLY!
Return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.
Please notify the support team with the return tracking number when you send the package from your side. We need the tracking to process your refund..
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via an email.
Note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Pay for returning an ItemIf the reason for the return is not due to quality issues or our mistake, you are responsible for the cost of the freight.
Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
