Popilush E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the gift cards purchased on Popilush.

1. Redemption and Limitations

Popilush E-Gift Card may be redeemed on Popilush to purchase products and services. It can only be redeemed on Popilush.com

2. Popilush E-gift Card Redemption

You may enter the gift card number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card.


If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.

3. View Balance

You may check your gift card balance in your email.

The balance in your gift card may be used on Popilush to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.


Gift Cards are issued in US dollars and the purchase is processed and charged in US dollars, regardless of the currency selected on this site; for international customers currency fluctuations may impact value upon redemption.

4. Validity Period and Refund

Popilush E-gift Cards do not have an expiry date.

If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.

Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.

5. Reason for Unreceived E-gift Card

After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number, it may be because:

You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.

Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.

Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add support@popilushmail.com to your whitelist, then contact Customer Support to resend.

6. Gift Card Lost or Stolen

Popilush is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized E-Gift Cards.
