You can start redeeming your points for rewards once you reach 200 points. You can redeem your points in increments of 200, 290, 580, and 780 points.
Check your points balance! Log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of our homepage. You'll see your points total right at the top.
It may take up to 24 hours for your points to update after a purchase or qualifying activity. Don't worry, your points will be added to your balance soon!

If you use a reward credit on your order and return your entire order, the points you used for the discount will be added back to your account. The points you would have earned from those products will be deducted from your total. This may also affect your VIP tier. For example, if your purchase puts you into the Gold Tier but you return $100 worth of product and your annual spend is now $250, you will move down to the Silver Tier. We recommend checking your points balance and tier status after you make a return to see how it's affected.
