We offer free standard shipping on many global orders 80+USD.
Generally, we can't update your shipping address. Please check that the item(s) and delivery address are correct. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
First, you can ask your family or neighbors if they saw it.

If you still can't find the package after doing the above, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to solve it for you.
When we ship the packages to you, logistics information may not be updated immediately, because it is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility, it will update. This process may take a few days.If there is still no shipping information after a few days, please email us at email@example.com. Our CS team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
We currently are unable to offer a free return service, so you will have to pay for the shipping return.
To ensure a successful return, please contact us again and update the tracking number of your return.
Once our Customer Service Team has processed your return, your updated invoice should be visible in your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay portal. If you’ve returned part of your order, your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay payment schedule will be adjusted.
You should expect to receive your refund from AfterPay within 10 business days. For more information about your Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay account, please contact Afterpay/Klarna/shop pay directly.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible. Make sure to include the information below:

If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:
- To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.
- If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email including the order number and the item you want to cancel/exchange.
We cannot cancel/exchange orders which have been shipped out. If it has been shipped out, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us for return/exchange.
Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, that is to say, each order can only use one coupon one promotion (coupons, free shipping vouchers, promo codes) .
If your coupon isn't working, please feel free to get in touch with our email@example.com for assistance. Please keep in mind:
- Only one coupon code can be used per order.
- Conditions of each coupon code vary, so make sure you check the details when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiration date or a limited amount.
- Some codes will only work for designated people. If you've received the code in an email from Popilush, then the code may be only eligible for use with that email address. Make sure you are completing the purchase using the same email address that the code was sent to.
If you forgot to add your coupon code at checkout, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and offer details. We will refund the discount code amount to you.
